Ironhorse Trailers only collects information from this web site to enable us to provide you with a specific benefit, service or assistance. As of August, 2004, the three reasons we collect information are:

Warranty Registration
Warranty registration of an Eagle Sport Carrier requires your name, address, a valid email address, telephone number, VIN #, and date of purchase. Registering your warranty within 15 days of the purchase of your Eagle Sport Carrier is important as it allows us to process a warranty claim quickly and efficiently. In addition, we collect this information so that we can contact you to provide you with product information and updates about your Eagle Sport Carrier if necessary. If you prefer not to provide this information on line, you can either mail in the completed warranty form, or call us at 888-793-6184 to register via telephone.

Information Requests
When you contact us through the web site for information about Eagle Sport Carriers, we ask you for a minimal amount of information too: your name, city, state and email address. We ask for your city and state so we can refer you to the nearest dealer, and call you by name when we answer your email. While there is space provided for your street address and telephone number, we don’t require that information.

Dealership Applications
We do accept dealership applications over the internet. While we ask for a significant amount of information about you and your business, that information will never be shared with any individual not employed in a management position with Ironhorse Trailers, Inc. or with any corporate entity.
